A library of ready-made skills.

As a pack for your department or industry, or one by one, sorted by role. In the 90 days we set up one process. The library shows what comes after.

Ready means: it is in the signed library and can be set up today. Anything that sends, publishes or makes a risky change asks first.

A pack sets up a whole department. In one click.

A pack is the skills of one department or industry, their routines and one agent. You see what will be added before it is, and you choose which routines run.

One install
Skills, routines and the agent arrive together. Nothing your folder already has is overwritten.
One undo
As long as you changed nothing in it, one click takes the whole pack out again.
Your own packs
Save a folder as a pack, export it as a file and load it on another server. A loaded pack is checked first, and its routines arrive paused.

Zyx writes its own skills. You approve them.

Write a new skill
From a description or a finished chat: a draft plus one test case, on one approval.
Create a routine
A time and a skill become a schedule. You read the limits and approve.
Create a script
A check or a sync that runs without AI or model cost.
Learn from mistakes
A recorded mistake becomes a tested correction. You read the new version and approve.
Cost watch
Finds a job that cost far more than usual and names the cause.

Agents with fixed limits.

An agent is a role with its own limits. Every pack brings its own: at most it drafts a mail and never sends one, it spends no money, and it asks before it writes into a connected app. These agents come on top, for work across the company. You can change each one or add your own.

Dream
Looks over the whole week of work and finds the changes that would improve it the most. With evidence, you decide.
Research
Gathers facts with sources before anyone decides.
Client Partner
Prepares quotes, client replies, invoices and follow-ups.
Editor
Turns notes into short, clear text in German or English.
Designer
Reviews drafts and proposes designs.
Builder
Builds and changes websites and code, with a working preview.

A skill plus a time or event.

Morning brief, inbox sort, evening digest and weekly business digest come as ready-made routines, and every pack brings the routines of its department. Add from the gallery or describe one in chat. A routine runs on its own only after your explicit consent and while your server is on and online.

Your skill is missing?

We write it with you and test it against real cases from your company. Zyx does not rank applicants or staff.
