Pictures, video and sound
Zyx can cut a video, write subtitles, make a thumbnail or a voice-over, and save the result in the company folder. It always starts with what is free. A paid model from fal.ai runs only when you pick it yourself.

Free work on your own server
Section titled “Free work on your own server”These steps need no model and no money. They run on your own server, and nothing leaves it:

Each step writes a new file. It never replaces one, and it stays inside the company folder.
Burning subtitles into the picture needs a full build of ffmpeg on the server. Without it, Zyx adds the subtitles as a track you can switch on.
Paid models: a choice, never automatic
Section titled “Paid models: a choice, never automatic”For a new picture, a video, a voice-over, music or a sound effect, Zyx first makes an offer. It is a question with up to four answers:
- Without fal.ai (free). Always first. Zyx works with what is there: your own files, the free steps above, or a written brief.
- Up to three priced options (draft, standard, premium), each with its model and its price.
Your pick is the approval for that one call, and only that exact call runs. No standing approval covers a paid call (Kernel and approvals). Zyx cannot change a price or a model on the question: a question with a paid option must be exactly the offer Zyx made. A prompt that is too thin goes back with a short guide before any price is shown.
The owner’s settings
Section titled “The owner’s settings”On the Usage screen the owner sets:
- On or off. Off means a budget of 0: every paid call is refused.
- Monthly budget. 10 EUR by default.
- Cap per call. 2 EUR by default. A more expensive option is not offered.
- Preselected tier. Draft by default.
- Own picks. A fixed model per kind of job and tier, or let Zyx pick.
People in pictures and video
Section titled “People in pictures and video”Lip sync and a talking presenter work only with a made-up presenter, never with a real person’s face or voice. Zyx refuses the call until you confirm that the presenter is made up.
The skill AI label marks generated pictures, videos and sound before they are published: a note beside each file, a line in the post, and for a video a short label in the picture.

Section titled “The media pack”The Media pack (German: Medienproduktion) brings a media producer agent and 22 skills: storyboard, social cut-downs, subtitles, podcast clips, thumbnails, AI labels, product photos, mood boards, ad variants, product and explainer videos, voice-overs, dubbing, a sound logo, sound effects, a monthly spend report and more.
