Plan, ask and keys
Plan: tasks and calendar in one place
Section titled “Plan: tasks and calendar in one place”The Plan tab shows what is due and when you are busy. It reads the tasks and events of the apps you connected, and the tasks Zyx keeps for you. The apps stay the truth: Zyx shows a copy.
- Board. One Kanban board. Drag a card to change its status.
- Calendar. A week and a day view with events, due dates and planned blocks.
- New task. Zyx keeps your own tasks.
- Dump. Write everything in your head into one box. Zyx cuts it into tasks and plans them.
- Plan my week. Zyx puts the open tasks into your free time, inside your working hours.
- Hand over. Give a task to Zyx or to an agent. You stay the owner, and you can take it back.
How Zyx plans is a skill, plan-my-work, that you can read and change. It runs every weekday morning
once its routine exists. The project management pack and the operations pack bring that routine
(Packs).
You see only what you may read, as everywhere in Zyx (Readers and rights). A change you drag is your own action: it is logged and can be undone. A change Zyx makes in an app is an approval card.

Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Working hours per company and per person: Manage, then Workplace.
- Settings, then Work: how long before a due date Zyx reminds you, which calendars and lists show, and where planned blocks go: only in Zyx, or also into a Google calendar named “Zyx”.
The Google calendar option needs the right to write calendar entries. No screen asks Google for that right yet; the operator sets it up by hand.
Ask Zyx about anything you mark
Section titled “Ask Zyx about anything you mark”Mark words on any screen: a mail, an answer, a task, a day, a file. A small pin appears.
- Ask Zyx opens a short question box and a chat that knows what you marked and where it is.
- Into the chat puts the words into the open chat as a quote.
What you marked passes the privacy gate first. A password or key is refused; private names are masked. The chat runs with your rights.
Zyx works with the keyboard alone.

Manage, then Keyboard lists every key and lets you change one. A clash is refused with the reason.
